German wheel is an amazing and challenging circus and sports art with lots of things to learn and explore!
We will be working on incorporating elements of strength, grace, and artistry.
It is a well-balanced discipline for everyone. It is also a great mental and physical full-body workout.
Students will work in cooperation with the wheel, under coach guidance.
In these classes, you’ll learn basic movements, will move back and forth on the wheel, learn to spin, make cartwheels, and roll with other students.
All levels are welcome, whether this is your first time ever on a wheel or you have some prior experience.
Please bring shoes that are tight-fitting, lace-up, thin-soled shoes such as martial arts shoes or something like Converse.

$240 plus $35 registration fee
