Handbalancing & Contortion
Develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body control through structured small group training.
Students progress through handstand technique, flexibility, mobility, conditioning, contortion foundations, transitions, and more advanced skills based on their level and readiness.
Small groups allow for individual corrections, personalized progressions, and focused technical development.
Training Groups
Group C — Foundations
Beginner level | Maximum 5–6 students
Focus on flexibility, strength, alignment, basic handstands, mobility, and safe contortion foundations.
Group B — Development
Developing level | Small group
For students with established foundations who are ready to improve handstands, flexibility, body control, transitions and individual skills.
Group A — Advanced
Intermediate–Advanced | Maximum 4 students
For experienced students working on advanced handbalancing, contortion, combinations, act development, and performance preparation.
Placement
Students are placed according to technical level, strength, flexibility, experience, and readiness. New students may begin in Group C or complete an assessment if they have previous experience.
