Our general circus classes are designed not only as an introduction to Circus Arts but also as an immersive experience where kids can explore fundamental techniques and various circus disciplines. As they progress, students will work on creating circus acts, culminating in performances presented in a show environment before an audience.Each session also includes proportional exercises such as stretching, specialized conditioning, and preparation—all with a focus on having fun! We work towards specific goals with each student, both individually and through group exercises.
General circus session
Leap, sway, spin, and somersault! Our youngest troupe members embark on a journey into the world of circus acrobatics, juggling, unicycling, fostering essential motor skills, and playful exploration. This program is designed for both parents/guardians and their little ones if parents wish to enjoy class together.
Circus tots acro session
Beginners / Intermediary class. Various hand-balancing positions, and techniques.We will cover all the basic work, daily flexibility and strength conditioning. Individually build strategy.Personalized assistance during training.
Handbalancing intro / beginner session 12 classes or 6 classes
German wheel is an amazing and challenging circus and sports art with lots of things to learn and explore!We will be working on incorporating elements of strength, grace, and artistry.It is a well-balanced discipline for everyone. It is also a great mental and physical full-body workout.
German wheel session
The technique of walking on a tight wire (tightrope) is very interesting and training is possible at any age and in almost any physical shape.Both children and adults can learn it and with regular, at least 2 times a week, classes can be achieved a good result in a relatively short time.To perform tricks you'd need to improve acrobatic skills and also choreographic movements.

Start with our introductory unicycle sessions for kids and adults!For anyone looking to try unicycling for the first time, join this program! You will have the chance to practice your first unicycle pedal strokes. Small-group is enjoyable while learning!

Aerial acts session
Youthful means flexible. Age is rigid and stiff. Even if you work out by lifting weights and doing cardio, if you don’t tend to your flexibility, your muscles and joints will become less supple. By stretching regularly, you’ll renew your body and slow down the effects of the aging process.
Stretching for women session

The core of the class focuses on exercises for the legs, thighs, shoulders, and arms, all characterized by fluid movements that foster relaxation and nurture healthy mobility
