Specific stretching, mobility, and preparation of the joints.
Various hand-balancing positions, and techniques.
We will cover all the basic work, daily flexibility and strength conditioning,
Personalized assistance during training.
- Handbalancing kids session, max 6 students per class, Age 7-14 y.o (6 classes) $180 plus $35 registration fee. Tuesday 6-7 PM
- Handbalancing semi-private session adults, max 4 students per class (6 classes) $300 plus $35 registration fee. Tuesday 7-8 PM
