Fitness with ballet elements caters to all body shapes and sizes. You don’t have to be slender to enjoy these classes and better yourself. A classical choreography lesson with elements of fitness, Pilates, and stretching provides an excellent workout for all muscle groups and cardiovascular fitness.

Stretching and mobility with elements of yoga.
These are exercises aimed at enhancing joint flexibility and strengthening them. In the main part of the class, exercises for the legs, thighs, shoulders, and arms should be included. Movements should be fluid to ensure relaxation and promote healthy mobility.

Firstly, regular flexibility training significantly increases blood flow to the muscles, contributing to their development and faster recovery after strength training. Secondly, consistent stretching notably improves the elasticity of muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Yoga-inspired stretching maintains joint health and enhances blood circulation. Thanks to specific exercises, you can alleviate pain in the back, neck, legs, and shoulders, helping your body wake up in the morning and unwind in the evening before bedtime.
