My objective is to create an ideal environment for professional and recreational circus training in Ottawa.​​

This introduction to Circus Arts we are starting with Hand balancing course. This session will allow the kid to explore basic techniques and handstand positions. This session will also include proportional exercises such as stretching, specific conditioning and preparation, as well as lot's of fun.
We will be working over specific goals with each student individually and in group exercises.
Later we will have other activities available such as juggling, ground and aerial acrobatics.
Every 4 weeks On Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
From January 13, 2018 until March 17, 2018

One on One training is for intermediate and advanced students.
Specific training and workout. Goal oriented training.
Can be booked upon approval.

Beginners / Intermediary Hand Balancing class. Individually build strategy.
Stretching, work out, exploration and extensive training.
Specific stretching, mobility and preparation of the joints.
Various handbalancing positions, techniques.
We will cover all the basic work, daily flexibility and strength conditioning,
Personalized assistance during training.

Lets Work On Your Hands

Ideal for Building flexibility, endurance  and strength.

A progressive strength and conditioning class open to all levels.  
Working on basic exercises, structural balance, endurance, technique, the program will be periodized so students will see results and achieve goals. This classes will be unique to the Ottawa community, aiming to optimize movement quality, joint health and strength, delivered in a safe, challenging and progressive manner. In this beginner course you will learn a variety of stretches, conditioning exercises and entries into the basic handstand.
Course is limited to 10 students.

Improve your skills,

Ideal for intermediary and professional level

In Advanced Training classes we will focus on improving technique, your knowledge through the development of a routine, on the floor, blocks, cannes or an apparatus of your choice. We have secific goal for this class - create a routine, or an act to perform it whenever you want. Group is limited to 5 students

Flexibility and mobility

Ideal for Building flexibility and strength

Youthful means flexible. Age is rigid and stiff. Even if you work out by lifting weights and doing cardio, if you don’t tend to your flexibility, your muscles and joints will become less supple. By stretching regularly, you’ll renew your body and slow down the effects of the aging process.
Flexibility courses and technique is unique and specific, mostly used by professional handbalancers and high end performers. Group is limited to 10 students.
