What to Bring
- Comfortable athletic clothing suitable for movement
- Indoor running shoes or bare feet (no outdoor shoes on the gym floor)
- Reusable water bottle
- Nut-free lunch and snacks
Dress Code
Clothing should allow free movement (leggings, shorts, t-shirts). Please avoid jeans, skirts, or clothing with zippers. Long hair must be tied back, and jewelry should be removed during training.
