At Capital Circus, we turn the playground into the sky. Our youth / adults aerial programs are designed to build physical strength, creative expression, and unshakable confidence. Whether your child dreams of the spotlight or just wants a fun way to stay active, our expert-led classes provide a safe, supportive, and exhilarating environment for all levels.

Aerial Silks
Learn to climb, wrap, and pose! In this elegant and powerful class, students work with long, shimmering fabrics suspended from the ceiling. Aerial Silks is one of the most popular circus disciplines, helping children develop:
Core & Upper Body Strength: Mastering the art of the climb.
Flexibility: Learning beautiful wraps and splits in the air.
Body Awareness: Discovering how to move with grace and control.
Our instructors provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring that even absolute beginners feel secure as they discover the joy of flying.
Aerial Hoop & Trapeze
Master the classics of the Big Top! This class explores two iconic circus apparatuses: the Circular Hoop (Lyra) and the Static Trapeze. This is where strength meets geometry! Your child will learn:
Dynamic Moves: Learning how to balance, spin, and sit within the hoop.
Transitions: Fluidly moving from one pose to the next on the trapeze bar.
 Creative Flow: Combining skills into a short “act” or sequence.
This class is perfect for kids who love to hang, swing, and explore new perspectives.

Experience Level: No prior experience is needed! We have classes ranging from “First Flight” to Advanced.
What to Wear: Please ensure your child wears form fitting leggings (covering the back of the knees) and a fitted T-shirt to prevent fabric or friction burns.
Safety First: All classes are conducted over professional grade crash mats with certified instructors.
